I found www.mobygratis.com to be great for music. It's free music from the electronic artist, Moby. After registering, you can get his instrumentals and b-sides.

His youtube account has a whole playlist of movies and films that have used his music at: http://www.youtube.com/mobygratis Do you find this valuable?
